With the aim of strengthening technical competencies and promoting operational excellence, Puerto Cristóbal personnel participated in a training and skills-update session focused on key port operation processes. This training enabled workers to refresh their skills and acquire practical tools that drive efficiency and safety in every maneuver performed at the port.
During the sessions, participants addressed essential topics regarding coordination and operational management, reaffirming the team's commitment to service quality and continuous improvement. The training concluded with the attendance of Puerto Cristóbal’s Operations Manager, José García, who presented certificates alongside the training staff.
