Under the slogan "I Am Here" (*Estoy Aquí*), the Foundation of Friends of Children with Leukemia and Cancer (FANLYC) held the FANLYC 2026 Run and Walk, an event that brought together hundreds of people to support children and families facing cancer.
Serviestiba participated with a team of employee volunteers who—driven by enthusiasm, solidarity, and commitment—joined the initiative, completing 300 laps during the event to demonstrate their willingness to support this noble cause.
As part of the event, Serviestiba set up a booth where volunteers engaged in various interactive activities; it became a joyful hub of solidarity featuring activities such as face painting and hydration stations. Participating in this type of volunteer work is a commitment that Serviestiba employees have embraced with great joy year after year.
Dashkeyra Campbell, a Legal Assistant at the Port of Cristóbal, noted the importance of volunteering at such events to encourage others to get involved and do their part as human beings. For Serviestiba, participating in initiatives like this means far more than simply showing up. It reaffirms our commitment to solidarity, volunteerism, and building a society where every gesture of support can turn into hope.
